In my experience, oral Arnica is very good.  I gave it to Harca (30 at a 
time) when he first injured his tendon.  Going for a second ultrasound in a 
week.  If he's better I won't know what to credit...Arnica, magnetic therapy 
or Tom Iver's voodoo (Thanks Marci).  As far as people pain relief, kidneys 
be damned, I do use Arnica, but (sorry) use Advil too.  Advil works the best 
for me.
