Alsike Poisening
Hi everyone,
I just received a call from a lady and she said that
she lost two horses to alsike poisening. She said that
the signs were blisters in the horses mouths. I have a bit
of alsike in both my fields but my horses leave it alone.
It has been there for over 5 yrs and I have never had a problem.
I had scratches for two years in a row but I have had no
problem this year with scratches. Was just wondering as this
sounds pretty scary and serious.
Thanks in advance
Julia
