Wedge Pads, Where??

I am looking for a source of those half-pads {called wedges?} used to help
balance a saddle fit. They fit under the withers to bring the saddle up in
the front more to help balance weight towards the back of a forward leaning
saddle- I believe they also make ones for the back.

Also would like to know of any saddle shops that will restuff an aussie
saddle correctly, and maybe teach me how to awl properly ? ? {no one wants
to hear about my first attempt to awl a saddle!}
