listserve and I would like to send a brief response.
You may be a member of Equestrian Trails Inc, a California horse group,
that are not affiliated with us, but have a lot of clout. Their webpage is
www.eti.av.org/ You can get a lot of information from them.
I have been working on grant funds from the "Symms Trail Grant Funds" which
is administered by the State Parks And Recreation Departments.
We too have to worry about 'agriculture runoff', 'manure disposal' etc
which seems to be a governmental project that could spell trouble for the
horse fraternity.
