Organizing a CTR

Hi everybody.  My main horse interest is eventing but I love
distance riding and I have done some rides with AERC, NATRC, and ECTRA.  I am the secretary of a non-profit trails club and
I am interested in putting on a CTR as a fund raiser.  I would
love to see this become an annual thing and maybe even
sanctioned eventually by NATRC.
I was wondering if there any guidelines or checklists for putting
on a distance ride.  Or if there was anyone who I could
correspond with to run ideas by or to make sure I didn't forget
anything.  Also, I was wondering if there were score sheets
I could purchase.   I just have alot of questions!  Thanks!
