Isn't this the same Karen Chaton with a broken wrist and a seperated
shoulder?  Karen, I think it's time you seriously considered counseling. 
You are a sick, sick woman.  Between the week of whatever multiday you
just did, with another 50 on the way (300 miles) and these two 100's you
will have done as many miles in about 2 months as I did in my first 5
years of competition.

Karen, listen...when you sit down to look at the ride schedule and choose
your rides for the year...this is a multiple choice question.  You are
supposed to pick *some* rides.  There is no space at the bottom that says
"all of the above".  

Please, get help soon....and don't go to the same counselor Trilby went
to.
