Losing people shoe

Hi Chris...about the shoe with the top ripped off: I wouldn't send it to
the shoemaker,  I'd send it to the agency responsible for maintaining the
trail, tell them how & where it happened, and say, next time this could
be a badly  injured foot, not just a ripped-up shoe!   Cheers (;-),
