roundtop rally in PA

We're going to be first time riders this year in Lewisberry, PA.....I was 
wondering if anyone could give me any info on the ride....also what do we 
need to participate in the ride, I assume we need verification of 
Coggins....If anyone has any advice or information it would be greatly 
appreciated..
