After reading the posts it seems that some of you are having a hard time
locating bits, specificaly the mullen eggbutt, hartwell pelham, and tom
thumb pelhams(short shank pelham). So I thought I would list catalogues
that have large selections of bit designs and sizes.
Libertyville english has everything from synthetic mouthpieces to every

Miller's also has a large variety of snaffels, weymouths, and pelhams.

Valley Vet carries reinsman bits and is a good place to look for a western
curb bit. Many of them can be ordered in 4 3/4 inch, the jr. cutter is one

State Line Tack western carries the largest variety of western bits
