Helmets

Yesterday my husband and I attended a local horse club "playday". I was 
shocked to see that out of about thirteen or so kids under eighteen yrs., 
only one had a helmet on. As a matter of fact, only one other adult and 
myself had our helmets on. Thank goodness there were no accidents, but there 
were some speed events plus a challenging & scary trail course, so the 
opportunity could have presented itself. 
After hearing all the horse falling accidents posted, mine will be on my head 
forever.
