Longstreet's Charge

Hey Everybody,

It's one week until Longstreet's Charge and I'm getting lots of mail
asking me if we're full.  The answer is..."who knows?"  We don't do
pre-entries. :-)  We're gonna run it like a big family reunion...come on
and we'll make room!

Some people seem to worry that our trail may be a little tough.  The fact
is, yes there is a mountain...however, the climb is the sort of rocky
that is more likely to trip than stone bruise...the result is that
EVERYBODY walks to the top.  That gives us a slower completion time, but
takes a lot less out of the horses than if it was a trail that you could
blast it up.  The rest of the trail is a "medium" on difficulty.  

We've got great awards, vets, and Nancy Gooch for a timer...I'm going out
to mark trails tomorrow and anyone who manages to get lost will be forced
to stand up and admit that they passed 4 turn markers and a pie plate
with an "X" on it to do it.
