But isn't illegal to apply topically anything that contains menthol and/ormethyl
salicylate at an endurance ride?  No wonder that people are
crying out for a guidelines - the list is a grea idea, but I haven't got to that
web site yet to read it.  I think that for my $65 membership fees it should
be sent to me either in my mandatory EN subsrcibtion as an article or
as part of the rules/handbook.  Its been said before but the current
system of saying no drugs w/o giving guidelines to every member is
inviting unintentional breaking of the rules, and that is doing a
dis-service both to the rookie riders and to their horses IMO.
