Stirrups and fenders?

Hi everyone, I need help again.
I am happy to say I think I finally found a saddle that fits my horse and 
fits me too. However, I really hate the fenders (too bulky). Can everyone let 
me know what kind of fenders (leathers) they use and also I might as well get 
good stirrups. Let me know who carries them also please. This saddle is a 
western style (no horn) endurance saddle. So how would I get the fenders or 
leathers on it? I was going to try my English leathers (they are biothane) 
but I couldn't figure out how to get them on the saddle. I wonder how funny 
it would look to have leathers on a western style saddle. Advice please.
