Re: Curiousity Shoeing Question



Ok. But remember this is a very poor country.  I pay about $6.50 for 4 shoes
and a trim, new shoes every time. But the farrier is a young guy who has to
be watched by my vet (no extra charge...I pay a $30/month retainer for him
to visit twice a week and check in on my four horses.) because the guy who
trained him was retiring because he was going blind.  Scary thought!  The
farrier is at the stable almost 7 days a week.  But oddly enough, this
doesn't always mean that you get your horse shod when you want it.
