Impermissable drugs

If I understood a message from Heidi awhile back, sometimes an injection of
selenium/vitamin E is needed in a severely deficient horse before the oral
supplementation will have any effect.  Now I see (from the list Steph
posted) that such injections are not allowed for horses in competition.

So, how much time is required between administration of injected E/Se and
subsequent competition?
