[Fwd: RC: hobbles]



Hi there,

I too have a horse that when hobbled can get around every bit as good as
no hobbles, basically just to get to that next patch of grass outside
the fence even faster. So I would say they can be a great thing, but
always be on guard with them and do not trust them as any type of sure
and safe confinement.

I have an older arab that i hobble frequently and he has learned to canter 
quite nicely in them.(beware)
