Saddle pad

Hi, has anyone tried the orthopedic saddle pad by Saddle Right?  I think
that is the name anyway.  They claim it does not compress and will help in
preventing muscle damage to the back caused by the saddle tree.  Just
wondering if it would work with my sport saddle.  I love the saddle but my
horse is getting sore even with an equilizer pad.  Going back to an orthoflex
saddle for now but it's not as comfortable for me.  Thanks and Happy Trails,
