horsecamping

I'm really in a pickle and am hoping some of you in the Pacific
Northwest region can help me out.  Our group is in need of a location to
camp for the four day Memorial weekend.  We normally go to Winthrop,
Wa.  but with all the snow this year that's not so appealing!  Our
president has been on the phone all week with State campgrounds, etc.
Either they're all closed to horses or already booked! (I know - we
should have made reservations 6 months ago!!!)

We'll probably have 6 - 8 truck/camper/trailer rigs, and possibly a
dozen horses, give or take a few.  Our group is quite self sufficient so
all we really need is an open field to park in and some nearby trails to
ride........Anyone out there got any ideas???
