I'm so glad to see a man that recognizes all the above.  As for good physical 
condition:  even with the onset of arthritis in one of it's MANY forms, I 
probably can still outwork many a younger man ... I string barbed wire fence 
on steep mountainsides, build trails with hand tools, mow brush with a super 
HD "weed whip" fitted with a steel blade, and can probably out-hike a good 
many younger people.  I'm not even middle-aged but a genuine senior citizen.  
It comes from working hard all my life and keeping physically fit.  I am SOOO 
grateful for the gift of being healthy and living in an area where I can get 
all the excercise I could possibly want.
And three cheers for the last sentence from John in Vermont.  He is so right. 
 And that goes for men, too.  There is so much more than just physical beauty.
