I felt that I had to add my tuppence worth to the underwear question.
I have been blessed with an ample bosom (E cup!)and I have tried many
types of sports bras, no-bounce bras, and crop-tops.  For anyone
with significant amounts of moveable flesh the crop-top type no bounce bras
 are excrutiating.  And you end up with a sinlge chest bump, looking like the
prow of a ship!!

My advice for all larger ladies is the Sports Bra by Vanity Fair.
It has floating underwires and gives great support.  People at rides
ask what I wear as I appear to have my bust under control at all times.
It looks like something that you'd wear into battle, but it works!!
