Need a beginner horse

Friends living near Monterey California are looking for a family horse
to introduce them to trail and endurance riding. They're willing to buy,
but prefer a lease, because they don't know what type of riding they
want to do long term. They've asked me to work with them to get a good
start, and I'll be giving lessons, finding shoers, etc... Evelyn is a
wonderful person, and I want this to work out great for them.

Tom owned horses before and is wonderful with them, but Evelyn and the
kids, a 17 yr. old girl and 12 year old boy, are new to horses.

If you know of any horses that need a temporary home, are beginner proof
and need to be spoiled, please let me know. These folks would provide
excellent care. Or if you know of any very good family horses for sale,
they may be interested.

   Thanks! Linda
