I've "inherited" a rather nice 16" all-purpose English saddle, made in Germany. It appears to be very well made with good quality leather. But here's the kicker: I've never heard of this saddle maker and neither have several other friends I've contacted. It's a Kloster Schonthal. The name plate actually says Sattlerei bein Kloster Schonthal. Does anyone know anything about this maker or how it compares to some of the other well-known makers out there? I'd sure appreciate any info anyone could give me. -- Kirsten (Price) Foruria Vermilion Desert Ranch Reno, Nevada =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
