Barb Peck writes "Nutramax has a patent on mixing Glucosimine HCL and 
Chondroitin
Sulfate (and a small amout of magnesium) together in a capsule
    Walmart sells at least two brands of human chondroitin 
sulfate/glucosamine capsules and they  both cost about half of Cosamen 
(Cosequin's human product.) One is called Osteo-Bi-Flex and the other is 
Springtime.  I always buy whichever one happens to be on special.  They have 
both worked for my aged knees.
    There is also a glucosamine/chondroitin product for horses--Su-per 
Glucosamine C.S. available from KV Vet Supply ($47.99 for 2.5 lbs.)
