Re:flax seed

We use a handfull of flaxseed, boiled, once a week to help clear sand out of our horses.  The need for it should be pretty obvious <G>, and it seems to be effective because when we check there isn't much sand in the output.  Our horses get it year round and don't shed much because we don't have winter.
