I took up riding two years ago at age 66, and appreciate the
help I have gotten from Ridecamp. I could add my credentials
to this post, but take it from an experienced great grandfather,
your rude, and in many cases, unfounded remarks are out of
 place on this forum.

You may have something worthwhile to contribute, but you do
yourself a disservice with your confrontational attitude.

I for one would have a very difficult time trusting your advice.

Please take your battles to another forum. I'm tired of having to
delete your posts. I don't even bother to read them anymore and
I hope others will do the same! Get a life!!

John,

Very nice of you to say so. Again, I dutifully try to answer any post directed
at me and so I'm answering yours. John, do you see anying personal or
vitriolic in your post? I do, but maybe I'm overly sensitive. And, on the
assumption that there is at least a touch of nastiness in your post, isn't
that what you're supposedly railing against here? Initially, I posted an
article I had written for a magazine. Since then I have been responding to
polite posts like your own. Do you find that offensive? Do you find my
response to you offensive?

I'm sure you have lots of credentials--perhaps enough of them to let you think
you can hurl invective without response. Sorry, but you're mistaken.
