Shepard Memorial ride

Riders,

Next year mark your calendars for the Shepard Memorial 50 mile ride.  It is
in northeast N. Carolina near the town of Ahoski.  Ivey Daughtridge managed
with wonderful help from family and friends.  The trail was relatively flat
and a good ride for first timers.  Even the experienced got a workout.  The
trail was marked for a blind person and you never wondered where to go.  The
rain/sleet combo kept some riders home but for us die hards we trudged on.
We were glad we went, the food was excellent and it just kept coming.  Any
time of day  anything you wanted.  Congrats to you Ivey and all your
wonderful help.  See you next year....
