etiquette

I would humbly suggest that all ride managers take a copy of the rules of etiquette
we've come up with on this list and attach it to the handouts given at each ride - CTR
and Endurance. It could even be touched on briefly in the pre-ride meeting.  I think it
would help considerably to refresh the memory of those who are experienced and help
those who have good intentions but are simply not informed.
