You can purchase colloidal silver at most  health stores, but you can
make it way, way cheaper.  Go to

instructions on how to do it.  The CS "generator" will cost about $20 in
parts, including the silver wire, and you can make all the CS you will
want for a long, long time!  A pint of CS in a health store will often
cost more than that!
