Re barn sour

I'm not sure I'm understanding this right, but are these people riding
their horses in a pasture with LOOSE horses?   That is a real no, no.
If they are, they need to get their horses out of the pasture before
they mount up.  Just a whole lot safer that way.  (That's my 2 cents
anyway.)
