suggestions for ride managers

Melanie,
I think your idea is good one.  Especially for emergency reasons.  My
only suggestion would be to use paper plates tucked into the window of
the trailer or the tow vehicle's dash or someplace like that.  Simpler
than reusable placards you have to get back.
