beet pulp
After reading all of the discussion on this, a friend and I have decided
to incorporate it into our feeding program. It sounds like it will be
good not only for the horses we compete but also for 2 of her stallions
who need to drink more water to process food and of course are the 2 who
don't always want to do so! But I know you can't leave it soaking
forever in hot weather, and we have no way to store the amount we need
in a cool place. This time of year in Ohio that's not a problem. But
come July and August it's hot and humid. How long can we safely leave
it sit (covered or uncovered?) and still have a palatable product?
Thanks.
Mickie
