Maggie, whatever.  By all means, please continue telling Karen (who is one
of the finest horsewomen I know) she's snotty and condescending and how you
don't care about anyone's respect or opinion.  We pretty much already knew
that.

Thank you for reminding me why I mostly lurk on RC these days instead of
bothering to write nutrition articles for the list like I used to.  I will
leave you to continue beating this particular dead horse back into the
ground.
