Re: Tevis coverage - Michigan Bluff

OK, since Donna posted on her web site that it cost me a bunch of money--

At some point the bill will show up for probably 30 calling card calls to
the 'Net from the hotel.

4 days of hotel (my choice, plus needing the desk space and phone support
to cover from Friday to Sunday)

1200 miles on the truck.

3 days off of work, a little longer than for a normal ride.

Only the phone calls are something I wished I wasn't underwriting.

Anyway, last night I resized/retouched the pictures of the top 5 during the
Haggin Cup judging, and have at least 3 good ones of each critter. Will
try and get those emailed to Donna today, so that people can see how good
these critters (can't say horses, with Ruby around) look. Also, the ones
of Sandy and Ruby will give you a good idea of how big she is!

I was surprised that the rest of the top ten was so much smaller. Had a
great time, wouldn't have traded it for anything, even being home working
on my upcoming ride 9/5. <g>
