tilting trailers

My friend Donna just got a brand new 4WD Dodge truck.  Now her trailer
won't sit level because the truck bed is too high.  the trailer tongue is
shortened as far as it will go.  the trailer hitch guy said not to worry. 
(it is only a little slanted)j
But we worry anyway.
Any advise suggestions etc.
