Feeding

I feed 2 cups of corn oil to add weight to my horse. I split the grain
feedings into
2 portions. She gets 2 separate alfalfa hay feedings as well as free
choice grass
hay. I've been splitting the oil between the 2 grain feedings. The
morning grain, she rarely
eats very well. Lots of time she leaves it there and I'm forced to throw
away the majority
since the oil may be compromised. She eats most all of the evening
portion. My question
is "Can I put all the oil in the evening meal?" I used to do that until I
started giving her 2 portions.
Will it actually cause more weight gain to concentrate the oil into the
one feeding? She
didn't have any digestive problems with the oil all in one feeding.
