Re: T: horse that can't follow

Katy used to do this when she was younger. Arguing with her didn't
help, so I finally just let her fret and bounce and spin her wheels.
What I DIDN'T do was let her have her way and go in front. She was a
pain to ride until she got over it, but finally she would just go "Oh,
all RIGHT" and settle down in back, looking peeved. She stills asks and
wants to be in front, but at least now she will follow without causing a
ruckus. She's the only horse I'ver ever had that wouldn't follow
though, so maybe she's the exception, and someone else will have had
more experience with this problem. Good luck!
