Firedance Farms Arabians Sales List
We pride ourselves in selling the very best horses for endurance riding.
They all must have great trots, fast walks, no spooks, excellent
conformation, good backs, very people oriented and tractable, and of
course, very pretty!  Most are Russian or Russian crosses, but occasionally
we find others too good to  pass up!  References available from happy
clients!
Summerffire:  3 year old chestnut filly, four stockings/blaze.  Both sire &
dam were endurance horses.  She is by SAVOY DSA, a 15.2h straight Russian
who did over 1000 miles before his untimely death, and out of FARAH LENA, a
Polish/Crabbet mare who has done almost 2000 miles and is headed for the
TEVIS this summer!  FARAH LENA just received  her Legion of Honor points.
SUMMERFFIRE is very showy.  She is energetic and competitive with a real
"look at me" attitude.  She has had a lot of ground work and been ridden by
a ten year old.  She is a big bodied mare, but still has some growing to
do.  $2500
Menemuscavoy:  Absolutely fantastic 2 year old grey colt.  Straight Russian
by SAVOY DSA and out of THE ONE IMENT, a  "drop dead gorgeous" *MENES
daughter.  Big boned colt, with excellent legs.  Gentle and loves
attention.  Professionally trained halter.  Always been on pasture with
other horses, so he is not an agressive "studdy" colt!  He will sire
excellent foals crossed with any bloodline to give bone, size, beauty, and
the "*MUSCAT trot"!  $5000
TF Summer Song:   5 year old chestnut double *MUSCAT mare.  Short backed,
big rear end.  Small 14.3.  Absolutely perfect four legs.  Currently doing
slow 50s.  She is outstanding on trail.  Completely trustworthy; no shies,
bucks, or bolts here!  Very surefooted, never a lame step.  Rides in a
sidepull.   Sweepstakes nominated.  $4000

Ffire Storm:  7 year old black bay Crabbet/Babson mare.  This mare is only
14.1 but has incredible substance and excellent legs.  She is by FA AL
BADI+/, a Legion of Supreme Honor and IAHA Regional Endurance Champion of
over 3000 miles.  She has inherited her sire's incredibly smooth gaits,
very fast walk, and low heartrate.  She has done one 25 with a 210+ lb
rider who had never ridden her before and she came in to the vet checks
with a 12 pulse!  This mare is not a shier, and loves to be up front.  The
kids climb all over her.  Currently  being conditioned for 50s.  $3000
Meescha:  15.3h (really!) grey 7 year old Russian bred gelding.  *MAG son
out of a *MUSCAT daughter.  Great legs, outstanding movement.  Loves
people, very gentle, but likes to be out front on trail. Put him in that
Russian trot and watch the miles fly by! Won $6300 on the track as a four
year old.   Currently doing 50s and 100s with  210+ lb.  He will be doing
the Tevis this summer and will be for sale immediately afterward.  This
horse is good!  Call Bruce to negotiate.
Westwin Siera MCD:  9 year old  gorgeous chestnut gelding with an almost
white mane!  15.1 slight build.  Excellent legs, smooth gaits.  "Broke to
death".  Professionally trained WP and halter, but loves to go on trails.
Very gentle and responsive.  No shies, likes to be out front, and happy
riding by himself!  Conditioning and ready to do slow 50s.  Sweepstakes
nominated.  $3000.
Ghent BBF:  4 year old pure Polish gelding by *ERAN, a PARTNER son, out of
GILDA, an AL BANAT daughter.  Very solid 14.3-15h.  Excellent legs.  Very
pretty horse, with a great trot!  Great back.  Suitable for heavy rider.
Loves people.  Green broke.  Ready to start 25 milers.  $2500
MSA Magnollia:    Wonderful 4 year old straight Russian grey mare.  *MANDAT
daughter out of a *MUSLIN daughter.  This mare has excellent conformation
and great movement and is very gentle and willing.  She has been running
out in Colorado pastures all her life and Bruce just saddled her up and
went for a trail ride, with no prior training whatsoever!  She did great!
Alas, she is not lame but an old hock injury prevents us from selling her
as sound for endurance.  She'll be excellent for "regular" riding and as a
broodmare.  Solid 15 h but she looks like she will grow more.  This is a
fantastic mare for someone who doesn't want to ride 50s or hard 25s.
