Hi all!  I'm another who is looking for info re lease arrangements.  I'm
considering a "lease with option to buy" but as the leasor/seller I want to
protect my property/investment especially since the horse would be going
quite some distance away.  Any thoughts, wording, experiences would be
greatly appreciated!
