Just in case I'm not the only person in the world who just got around to
ordering
the 1998 Distance Rider's Journal (that Steph Teeter put together), it is
wonderful!

The pictures are great too - people & their horses enjoying both endurance and
CTR events.

Having the training log to record the pertinent info in  sure helps an organized
person (like me).
