The ViceBreaker is a shock collar that is operate from a remote hand held
transmitter.  There is no  harm to the horse since there are seven levels of
intensity controlled from the transmitter from about the same level as an
electric fence down to barely detectable. The duration is controlled by the
operator, up to a maximum of 10 seconds.  The range is about 1/4 mile and will
go through walls and windows but with reduced range. The horse is given a NO
signal by an observer when it performs the unwanted action not just when it
touches something.  It can't tell where it is coming from but will associate
the punishment with the action very quickly. I have had outstanding results in
