No Way.  There was a case of rabies reported in Equus
or Horse + Rider in the last 4 years... that's how
long I've been subscribing.  Unless it's the same
horse...

Saw a rabid skunk right here in downtown San Mateo.
How did I know it was rabid?  Well, it was 1 in the
afternoon, the skunk was weaving down the middle of
the street completely ignoring the cars and it was
not carrying a bottle.
