Sorry Teddy, but you are incorrect here.  Things were changed last year so
that "family" is either a married couple or a cohabiting couple by the laws of
California.  Which now means that my grown daughter and I living at the same
address cannot join as a family but if we were to lie and say we were
significant others to each other we could.
