	I just wanted to take the time to say Thank You very much for all the 
effort and time you expend to maintain the ECTRA page.  I really appreciate 
your effort.  I also try to refer new riders to the site.  I would urge 
people in other parts of the country to check out the site and learn a 
little about another regional association.

Hello RideCamping ECTRA Fans,

For those outside of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region ECTRA is CTR
based on only the changes in condition of the horse.  ECTRA recognizes and
sanction AERC Endurance Events.

The 1999 Calendar has been updated and a tenative Ride list is posted.
