I think there's even a theme song all ready for the Itty Bitty Race of
Champions (IBROC).  Allan Jackson does and it's called something like
"Everybody's Little Bitty".  Since the race is so short,  it could be held at
a fairgrounds race track some where (maybe Auburn?) and the song could play
over and over on the loudspeakers.  Since it will be such a short race, maybe
there could be a division for those cute little miniature horses (of course
monkeys would have to ride them since the horses are so small) the big
question would be, would the monkeys have to pay the $10 non-member fee?
