The only place I have been made to feel like "less" is here on ridecamp. Not
always, just a few times, people have written things that appear to say that
career LD riders are not really endurance folks.  Personally, LD is all I want
to do. I have plenty of training time, plenty of good health, a good horse,
but I hurt bad enough after a 30 miler, I don't want to hurt worse after a 50.
I do this for fun and for the social aspect, LD is FUN!  IMO, 25 miles is
"slightly endurance", 30-35 miles is "endurance" for me.
