Winter Pasture and Lodging in Tevis Country

For anyone interested in escaping the snow and/or getting a jump on conditioning
for the 1999 Tevis Cup Ride, read on...

Our cottage unit is available for off-season rental, starting in November and
extending through March '99. The unit is fully furnished, full kitchen, full
bath, laundry, cable tv, vcr; very roomy and private; nice neighbors ;-).
$650/mo for lodging, one or two people.

Two shedded 12'x24' pipe corrals available for use by renters, plus day use of
half acre of grass pasture. Both viewable from cottage front windows. Incudes
alfala and/or oat hay; grain extra.
$175/horse/month, for up to two horses.

We are located in the foothills at 2,000 feet elevation, which is below the
Sierra snow and above the valley fog. Excellent all-season trails from our back
gate. 20-minute trailer haul to more trails, including lower half of the Tevis
Cup course (the part that doesn't get snowed in.)

Call us at 1-877-NATBARN for full details.
