The only basic difference with the above was that the managers sent one letter
to cover several rides.  If they had individually sent letters, Ms. Henslee
likely would have used the same argument--the only difference might have been
that she probably would have had to file five different protests.  As to
banning her when she arrives--the ride managers REALLY were trying to be
polite and not cost Ms. Henslee a trip only to find out that she would not be
allowed to ride.  I really think the RM's bent over backward to do this as
fairly as possible.  I am disappointed that if the Board truly meant that they
could ban Ms. Henslee but that they had gone about it in the wrong way, they
did not encourage the RM's to then proceed with the ban in a different form.
I have never heard that there was any suggestion for any other sort of
presentation to accomplish their goals.
