I know there has been a lot on this subject, we give full refunds, or credit
to our next ride. Upon sending a refund check, as the rider didn't ride all of
the days, guess what..... that persons check bounces, now we are out the total
amount plus the refund we sent. This has happened serveral times and it's hard
to get the riders to make good on their bad checks. If that rider comes to our
ride again, it's on a cash only entry fee. Has anyone else had these problems?
If the funds aren't made good, they shouldn't get the mileage.
