New for the Endurance Cutback - I think most of the other saddles
have had the stirrup hanger strap over the tree from the beginning.

Steph,
This is new?! My old traditional OF stock seat came that way(circa '86).
There are 2 screws on the tree so that you can position the stirrup
leathers more forward or back by popping the biothane strap over the head
of the screw.
So far still running on the same leathers - not too pretty right now but
holding up well.
