Dear Anita Or any body who cares........ (was going to post this privately
but what the heck)

I do agree with you on the point if you are going to put something out
there, you better be ready for what comes back to you.

My caution to you is, don't believe every thing to be fact. My gut says
_____ has more to lose than Sandy

The fact is, in my business, the customer is always right. THATS GOOD FOR
BUSINESS............... OF would have shined in the public eye having said
SORRY, Lets take care of this NOW, today, lets make this right........let's
solve the problem. Let's work together........ We don't want you to be
unhappy..

Someone blew a perfect opportunity. It would have been great PR for the
company to just make it right and take a loss if nessary. Nobody wins in a
situation like this and certainly not OF. OF scored no points with me
on a response like that. A good product does not make a good
company............

Don't know Len and don't know Sandy...(my reaction is to the post, nothing
personal, no flames here) Do know my experience with OF......(Will post
privately if interested)

My business dealings are done in good faith and with professionalism (my
opinion hee hee hee)......

Due to conducting a lot of business over the internet, I appreciate hearing
about the good and the not so good about different vendors and their
products. I feel it is being an informed consumer. It also keeps the
venders above board....... honest......and forth right.

PS just a quick note: This week I will be changing servers. Interestingly
enough they have the best service, but they are jerks and have a rep for
not caring about there customers (It is now catching up to them. Small
town, they figured they had a corner on the market). I am changing to a
company who is not perfect yet, but goes the extra mile to help you and
keep you as a customer. Boy, are they picking up business..
